The St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, Spa & Apartments is located in the Bulgaria's most famous ski resort of Bansko, 160 km from the capital Sofia and about 50km away from the border with Greece. The Residential Buildings

Two of the buildings have 5 floors and the other two have 4 floors. In construction since June 2005, the 4 apartment buildings have a total of 162 apartments of various types. The average apartment has one bedroom, with floor area ranging from 60 to 70m2 but diverse choices are available - from studios from 39 to 48m2 to two bedroom apartments from 100m2. All apartments have terraces that offer breathtaking views of the surroundings and the magnificent peaks of the Pirin Mountain.
