The famous Varna’s Botanical garden is 1 km across from ADORA house, where you can walk, enjoy the rare plants, ride horses and have fun. Also the historical place of interest “Aladja monastery” is close by, where the pine-trees and fields make an ideal setting for picnics.

There are two big indoor garages; an outside parking area, floor covered with stone tiles for three or more cars; a wide green yard with green grass and beautiful garden flowers; a wooden barbeque with roof, wooden tables and chairs/benches for 20 people; and a little sidelong space in the yard to grow your own vegetables and fruits. There is a special mowing-machine “Husqvarna” to maintain the grass and irrigation system to water it.

ADORA house has ground floor, first floor, second floor, third floor and fourth floor with sloping ceiling. The roof is made of roof-tiles and it is flue. The main entrance exposure is east and all terraces are south-east and west exposed. The house has central oil heating with own boiler producing heat and hot water, there are aluminum heating radiators in every room with temperature control devices. The electricity is divided into two separate phases, which supplies more power; there is also electric and water generator in case of loss of normal supply. The water comes from the central water system and is good for drink, cook, wash, shower etc. There is a telephone central device with option for few outside numbers and many inside lines, which allows to have a telephone in every room and to call someone who is on different floor free of charge. There is Cable TV with TVs in every floor/room as well and many different Internet providers for cable/phone Internet.

ADORA house also has very good wall insulation: on the walls of the first, second and fourth floor there is the “Depron” energy insulation system. The huge living room is with modern French fireplace “Deville”, two swinging-chairs, tea-table with benches; bar with bar-chairs; three big wooden tables with wooden chairs for 16 or more people; large TV and professional music audio system. It is very appropriate for special occasions, family dinners and celebrations. All eight windows look to the garden and provide good sunlight during the day. Under the windows there are special wooden flower stands with many plants, which oxygenate the space and relax the look. There are many lamps on the walls and three big luster chandeliers on the ceiling. The flooring is black & white classic tiles. The kitchen is very well equipped with stove, extractor fan, washing machine, large fridge, shelves, cupboards,big sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, frying pots and pans, table with four chairs, grill, microwave and many preparation appliances. The big windowed-terrace has plastic white table and comfort chairs perfect for summer breakfast, afternoon tea or evening dinner.

Second floor consist of corridor; furnished kitchen with shelves, cupboards, sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, pans, table, etc. with separate balcony on the north-side and a common terrace on the west-side; adiningroomwithtableforsixor more people; livingroomwithbig sofas and little tea-table, bookshelf, cable TV, terrace common with the kitchen on south-west side; bathroom with tub, WC and additional boiler for hot water; additional WC and laundry machine room. One bedroom with two separate single beds, wardrobe, desk, mirror, cable TV and CD-player, and access to the common terrace on the east-south-side. Third floor has been recently renovated according to the modern fashion trends. It consists of corridor, well equipped kitchen with stove, extractor fan, fridge, shelves, cupboards, sink and wash-basin, plates, glasses, pots, frying pots, table with three chairs, with separate balcony on the north-side and a common terrace on the west-side; dining room with table for four or six people; living room with two big sofas and little tea-table, bookshelf, cable TV, terrace common with the kitchen on south-west-side; bathroomwithtub and WC; additional WC and laundry room. This is an extremely pleasant floor to reside on, as you can enjoy the sunrise above the sea and the sunset from the bedrooms and the two big terraces around the house. Third floor is also suitable and completely sufficient for one family with two children.

Fourth floor consists of corridor; well equipped kitchen with stove, extractor-fan, fridge, shelves, cupboard, sink, plates, glasses, pots, table, two chairs; bathroom with tub; separate WC and laundry room; north balcony with great view to the forest and sea; one sloping roof bedroom with double bed, mirror-desk, wardrobe, dresser and a common terrace with the second bedroom. The second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, armchair, bookshelf, cable TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower, common terrace, additional expansive bed. On both sides of the bedrooms there are two small areas which can be uses for storage. Presently one is currently used as a library, which can hold 2000 books, chairs and table where you can sit read. The roof is accessible through a hatch from this floor. The terrace is south exposed with great sea view and sunlight throughout the day. The flooring is tiled in all rooms with Persian rugs and has wooden furniture.

The beautiful garden consists of green grass yard; green pine trees around the fence; flower gardens; covered barbeque with wooden tables, chairs and benches; cradle; inflatable pool for the summer or enough space for constant out-door swimming pool; a apple trees, apricots, figs, dog house and natural stone tiled parking area. During the summer it is great to walk barefoot on the grass, to play football and to spend plenty of hours outside. The barbeque is wonderful for family or friends, meetings and dinners.
