2. Tamara Properties will never mislead or provide false statements to potential buyers.
3. Tamara Properties has contracts with the Developers or Sellers of Land and/or Property to lawfully advertise, offer for sale and sell the Land and/or Property that Tamara Properties advertises.
4. Tamara Properties recommends that you visit your chosen Land and/or Property of choice before committing to purchase.
5. Tamara Properties highly recommends that buyers use for all transactions of purchase an independent lawyer.
6. Tamara Properties recommends that upon potential buyers choosing your Land and/or Property of choice, that you Reserve the Land and/or Property by completing and submitting the Reservation Form and paying a nominal Reservation Fee (non-refundable), before committing to Contract of Purchase.
7. Tamara Properties will assist all potential buyers in every aspect of the purchase of Land and/or Property.
8. Tamara Properties normally does not charge buyers of for using our service. For large investment services then fees maybe charged which will be agreed prior to any work being carried out.
